Job Description
Kaua'i Medical Clinic combines the intimacy of a neighborhood clinic with the resources of Hawai'i's largest multi-specialty medical group. The clinic currently has 88 physicians and more than 20 medical specialties. It provides the majority of primary and secondary care to Kaua'i's residents, serving as the most comprehensive medical practice on the island. Combined with the resources and financial strength of Hawai'i Pacific Health, a multi-hospital and medical group system, we offer the benefits of working within a group practice. The main clinic is located on our affiliated Wilcox Medical Center campus, a modern 71-bed community hospital, and there are also three primary care satellite clinics in other locations around the island.
In the Otolaryngology department, our board-certified physicians specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and surgery of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. This team of professionals oversees patients with loss of hearing or balance; sinus troubles; injuries to the ears, nose or throat; cancer and tumors of the head and neck; infections and deformities of the ear, nose, throat or neck; and foreign bodies in the upper respiratory tract.
As an Audiologist, you will play a key role in helping the Hawai'i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics provide life-changing care to inpatients and outpatients with hearing and related difficulties for at medical center locations and contract sites. We are looking for someone with qualified and compassionate patient care skills, who enjoys working with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawaii.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawaii Audiology license. Current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification. Current American Heart Association Heart Saver ? AED CPR card. Three (3) years of clinical experience, appropriate to the patient population being served.
Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Audiology. One (1) year general audiology experience. Experience with Pediatric or Adult populations in a hospital setting.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
