parts Support Associate

Will perform the following duties for Servco Auto Kauai Parts:
Data entry of all daily orders
Transmit part orders
Distribution of reports, internal memos and handouts
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain inventory control system
Work with internal/external customers keeping them updated on progress of orders
Warehousing/Receiving and back up parts pickup and delivery
Requires six months of clerical/data entry work experience; intermediate Word and Excel skills; accurate data entry skills; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Must be a team player. Auto parts and Dealertrack experience a plus. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
