Position
Summary:
The Representative, Retail Sales # Hopaco is responsible for servicing
customers in all aspects of retailing to ensure total quality, including
stocking, pricing, and researching and resolving customers# inquiries.
Position Responsibilities /
Essential Functions:
1. Answer phone calls and answer customer questions (assist customers).
2. Operate cash register.
3. Keep shelves stocked with merchandise (restock) and ensure items are
priced with current pricing (price merchandise).
4. Research inquiries, take sales orders, prepare orders for will call
or delivery, coordinate store transfers, write indents, rubber stamp
orders, and update price book, account book, authorization book, and
change card list.
5. Receiving responsibilities may include, logging in each item, bulk
tag each delivery, maintaining pink copies of purchase orders, matching
purchase orders with receiving tag, noting discrepancies, SKU
merchandise, and pricing merchandise.
6. Demonstrate a commitment to Total Quality and the process of
continuous improvement, identifying and responding actively and with
sensitivity to the needs of all customers and be open and responsive to
change.
7. Demonstrate a commitment to OfficeMax core values.

Supply ChainEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
