Licensed Practical Nurse - Urgent Care
Job DescriptionKaua'i Medical Clinic is the island's largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group.
More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.
At Kaua'i Medical Clinic, the Urgent Access Clinic provides treatment of minor illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis in a medical facility outside the hospital emergency room.
The Urgent Access Clinic offers general medical care, occupational medicine, X-ray's, vaccines, school and sports physicals and limited on-site prescriptions.
It is especially convenient when patients cannot wait for an appointment or their doctor is on vacation.
As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will help to provide our signature compassionate, high quality care to patients and their families.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients and for upholding the mission, vision and values of the Kaua'i Medical Clinic.
We are looking for someone with warm, sensitive patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.
Under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Federal Vaccination Mandate, all health care workers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
