Job Description:
Directs proactive, ongoing, responsive and professional HR consultation and business partnership to the property that supports the principles of The Outrigger Way, a Talent Based Organization (TBO) and issues free workplacesIn coordination with corporate practices as applicable, leads the strategic and operational directions for benefits, compensation, HR policies, labor relations and compliance with federal/state laws and regulations and company policies; serves as SME for the HCM and Recruiting modules in Workday; supports the development and execution of effective, proactive, targeted talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs for the property through the right processes, protocols, programs and initiatives that effectively source viable candidates, recruit, interview, evaluate, and recommend placement of qualified applicants at all levels, keeping in compliance with all federal/state/country laws and regulations and Outrigger hiring standardsMinimum Requirements Minimum five (5) years previous Human Resources experience in a service-oriented business in the United States and minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience required, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that provides the necessary experience to perform the jobBachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that provides the necessary experience to perform the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
