Job Description:
Supports the Director of Engineering in directing the daily maintenance operations for exterior and interior of the physical facility.
Ensure the upkeep of all guest and service areas and to maintain them in proper working order and appearance.
Maintains all standards, guidelines and required compliance with regulations.
Provides quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well maintained front and back of house areas.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum of five (5) years experience in the capacity of Engineering Supervisory role of a full service hotel or multiple properties.
Engineering degree (BS), Certified Engineering Operations Executive certification, or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
Recommended Skills Maintenance Service Quality Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
