Conveniently located in Lihue, Roger Dunn Hawaii is one of the busiest golf shops in Hawaii and has a long-lasting, great reputation.
This Assistant Manager role is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the store's Manager.
Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of the store.
While there are many duties and responsibilities for an Assistant Manager, some include:
Opening and closing the shop in a timely manner.
Overseeing opening and closing duties.
Develop good customer relationships.
Contribute to management of schedule.
Assist is product ordering including special order management.
Address employee and customer concerns.
Email and phone correspondence.
